Lists

Lists seem to be popping up all over the place in my Filofax, from daily lists consisting of household chores, weekly lists of things to remember (like collecting my medicine prescription…), shopping lists that happen mainly on fridays and sundays, books to read, films to watch, tv shows to catch up on, and lists of things to do/not forget that happen sporadically, it seems my life is run by lists!

At the moment I don’t really have a set place for lists of things (unless you count my ‘notes’ section which I use for shopping lists!) and day to day these little notes written in the day section of my planner are ok I do tend to struggle with finding that book or tv series/film recommendation further down the line.  I have been looking at Bullet Journals on instagram and am inspired to create a section in my planner for lists of things like Books, TV, Film, campsites and other lists that would get lost on my weekly pages but would be things that I want to refer to at times and add to when needed.  I am currently looking at papers to use for this – I like the idea of lined paper but feel that it could restrict me and look messy if I wanted to add extra columns in the future to accommodate my lists expanding, I am swaying towards dot grid paper but sourcing this as ready made inserts may be a problem as I have looked before  but not come up with much.  I am thinking that I could make inserts to fit by purchasing a dot grid note pad and cutting it to size, punching and adding to my planner instead.

What kind of lists do you make in your planner?  What is your list style?
